These terms cover the privately operated StreamDesk desktop application and this informational website.
1. Private use
StreamDesk is currently a private desktop application and is not offered here as a public software service, account platform, or download.
2. Third-party services
StreamDesk can connect to third-party services including Twitch, Google, and YouTube. Use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies.
3. Operator-controlled actions
Actions such as sending chat messages, editing stream metadata, or changing a broadcast state occur only through an account the operator has explicitly authorized and may have real effects on that provider account.
4. Availability
StreamDesk depends on Windows functionality and third-party APIs that may change, become unavailable, or impose usage limits. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability is made.
